"big picture" maps for professional pilots

RGDmaps are a set of aviation route maps designed to give professional pilots an overview, or the "big picture" as they say, of where they are in the world in relation to significant terrain, en-route airports and other airways.

These maps are not designed, nor should they be used, to replace operational charts, such as Jeppesen or Aerad.

Each map contains:

• a colour contoured, shaded relief base map
• airports, waypoints & routes
• 60, 120 & 180 min range circles from selected airports

Maps are grouped by routes from major, hub areas. At this stage these areas and airports are:

• Southern China (HKG, MFM, SZX, CAN)
• South East Asia (SIN, KUL, BKK)
• Middle East (DXB, AUH, DOH, BAH)
• Australasia (CNS, BNE, SYD, MEL, ADL, PER, AKL)

More routes and hubs will be added gradually according to time and demand.
